The Flexnest App aims to enhance At-Home workout experiences and support your fitness journey. It integrates seamlessly with Flexscale, India's first intelligent weighing scale capable of monitoring over 13 body parameters, including Body Fat, Protein, and BMI. Through intuitive graphs and metrics, the Flexnest App provides users with a clear overview of their body's changes.

For accurate tracking, the app requires access to HealthKit to record step count data and display average steps taken. Additionally, it utilizes care kit for monitoring BPM and heart condition.

The app offers a subscription-based content model with the following plans:

Monthly: INR 600
Half-Yearly: INR 3000
Yearly: INR 3600

Subscriptions are managed through iTunes Account settings, with auto-renewal as the default unless disabled at least 24 hours prior to the current period's end. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before expiration. Cancellation during an active subscription period is prohibited.
